HIV & Climate Change¶
Goal¶
Exercise the OHDSI geospatial data pipeline by investigating the impact of climate change on HIV diagnosis and death in Tanzania and Kenya. The primary objective is not novel findings, but to exercise gaiaCatalog and the OMOP external_exposure table and help concretize these resources for use in data pipelines.
Status¶
Active. This group meets fortnightly and has a shared Google Drive.
