Statistical analyses

There are many different ways of statistically testing for genotype-phenotype correlations, and the appropriate statistical test depends on the question. In the previous sections, we covered the preprocessing and exploration of the salient part of the cohort data. This section provides an overview of the tests offered by the GPSEA library and explanations of how they are implemented by our software.
